Most companies and especially auto dealerships are good when all is easy but how they handle problems is when you really find out how good they actually are. My service representative Rennie and Gunther Volvo were outstanding and went above and beyond when I had an issue with my vehicles extended warranty. Rennie kept me informed, was highly professional, knowledgeable and took the time and effort to insure that the warrant company in question resolved my issue. Gunther Volvo provided a complimentary vehicle while this transpired. If how you are treated AFTER you purchase or lease a vehicle is important then I highly recommend Gunther Volvo and their entire Service Department. I'd also like to once again thank my service representative Rennie for the outstanding job he always does. More
