So my husband went back to Gunther Volvo!!, and the Finance Person in charge Sergio and the sales managers find the right vehicle for my husband exactly what he was looking for, they took their tim the Finance Person in charge Sergio and the sales managers find the right vehicle for my husband exactly what he was looking for, they took their time to explain everything they even transport the vehicle from another dealer, they went above and beyond to satisfy his needs!!! Thank you for everything guys!!! Very helpful, they are outstanding when it comes to buy a vehicle , knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle and the process!!! Go service your car someplace else. The factory defective sunglass holder in my car, obstructs my rear view mirror beacuse it will not stay closed so it had to be replaced. Came to my appointment waited 3 HOURS and then was told that the part is in backorder. Oh and here's the wonderful fix they did on my less than 6 month old car. Absurd. More
Extremely poor service.Took 10 minutes for advisor to come to car. Refused to honor wait service for 2 yr service even though I had received an email confirmation the night before confirming this was to come to car. Asked to see Service manager but was sent to a Dispatcher who told me that it did not matter that I had a wait confirmation. I was told car would not be ready till end of day 5 or 6PM. This was at 9:45AM the time of my appointment. After arguing with her she finally said she would put me into the rotation but would take 2 to 3 Hours. Since I live 35 miles away I decided to stay. After 3 hours the service writer said the car was completed and I could get my keys at the cashier. I drove out of the Dealership and after about 1 mile I glanced at the dashboard and saw one of my tires was indicating low pressure. I had Gunther rotate the tires and even though they said they checked tire pressures on the invoice it was obvious they had not. I also saw they had failed to place the next service reminder decal on the windshield. I turned around, when back to the dealership and was told my Advisor was at lunch. They More

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I just bought my new (used) car from them and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Sam Yucel was my sales specialist. I spoke to him on Sunday about a bought my new (used) car from them and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Sam Yucel was my sales specialist. I spoke to him on Sunday about a car I saw listed with them. It was not through service or detail yet but he was extremely accommodating and pulled the car so I could take a look at it Monday since that was the only day available for me. They (Dewey Klein was the sales manager) gave me a great price, and what I was hoping for, on my trade-in and on the car I was purchasing. They worked quickly and efficiently and there was no need to haggle back and forth. Sam was hard working and made sure I was pleased and well taken care of. There were two minor things I addressed with him on the car I was purchasing and he made sure all was fixed. It was fully serviced and detailed and I was able to pick it up the next day. I’ve never had an experience like this - very smooth and easy! I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market looking to buy a new or used car! More
Horrible experience with service department! Purchased a 2018 Tiguan in Feb, so we’re new customers and we will never go back!! When we made the appointment we told them we would need a ride home which they said ‘no problem’, but failed to say that it is a shared ride and that there maybe a wait. This morning there was an hour wait for a ride home, my wife couldn’t wait that long, so she walked home! After the car was there the whole day, we went there at 5:45 because there was no communication from advisor (left 2 messages and a text message, no reply) to find out that nothing was done! Went to speak to David Klause, Service Manager and when he saw my logo’d work shirt he ‘assumed’ that I was a sales person and said he wasn’t available because it was after hours! This was the worst example of customer service that we have ever experienced! More
