He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous but more importantly he took the time and energy to take care of an issue that was unexpected. In short, he did his job and did it well. As one would expect, the work performed by the service techs was done correctly but to a customer the service advisor is the "face" of the dealership. He or she is the individual that the customer interacts with and is the liaison between the public and the dealership. Under normal circumstance I would not write such a lengthy review but in an era of subpar customer service Rennie made my experience with Gunther Volvo exemplary. More
