Outstanding Sales Experience Went to Gunther VW after having the worst experience possible at a nearby dealership whose Car Guru's "Great Price" listed actually $3,000 less than t Went to Gunther VW after having the worst experience possible at a nearby dealership whose Car Guru's "Great Price" listed actually $3,000 less than their true out the door price (including a more than $1500 reconditioning fee...what???). So, back to research and found the identical vehicle (2018 used Mazda CX5) at Gunter VW. Almost identical list price as the previous dealership as well. I called them, spoke to salesman Mihai, who was extremely cordial and gave me a no kidding out the door price before I even made the trip. I arrived, the vehicle was washed and ready for me to look at, we test drove and 90 minutes later out the door with my new car, and at $2,000 less than the previous dealer. No BS fees either. And to top it off, due to some transportation logistics issues, Mihai graciously offered to drive my new car home for me....thirty minutes later it was in my driveway. Can you say "customer service?" Mihai was an incredible salesman and quite honestly just a great human being to deal with. I enjoyed my short time with him. This is my second purchase from Gunter VW and I will be back again. Love dealing with these folks. Thank you Mihai for a pleasant car buying experience and to VW Gunther leadership for hiring such great people! More
