Glad I made a change to Volvo!!! I had planned on going to a few different car dealerships that day and started with Volvo because a co-worker said the Volvos recently redesigned thei I had planned on going to a few different car dealerships that day and started with Volvo because a co-worker said the Volvos recently redesigned their sedans. So, I figured why not. I had recently had my car stolen so I was not looking forward to going through the process again after had done it a year ago. Walked into Volvo and Julian happened to be walking by. So glad I took the chance with Volvo and ran into Julian. Julian took the time to explain everything the cars had to offer, went on test drives, and helped search high and low for the color I wanted and the features. The experience was great. No matter what you are going to spend a lot of time with this process but when you end up getting what you love for a great price, it's worth it. Miguel from the finance department was just as great! He made the process quick and painless...by this time it was 9pm and they had been closed for 3 hours! Can't say enough good things about the experience and Julian and Miguel - They are awesome!!!
