My deal had extra complications I have say this dealership made the car buying experience pain free. Bet you don't hear that very often. Did not have to be there! I received an email that my Jetta was due for service- also my dashboard also said I needed oil change - when I got there I was told My car was not du I received an email that my Jetta was due for service- also my dashboard also said I needed oil change - when I got there I was told My car was not due as I don’t have 10,000 miles nor have I had the car for a year - service man said car should have been adjusted when I bought it- as long as I was there he Said he would rotate the tires and top off all fluids - this took almost 1 1/2 hrs - he said they would adjust notice on car to not say it was due for oil change but that was not done - I realized that when I got home- so I took time out of my day that I did not have to !! More

Very disappointed Brought my car in for an oil change and check my brakes. Fine, work done and told brakes are fine. Within a week I noticed the car not running the same. Long story short engine light comes on and really bad shaking; brought it in and $2,000.00 later told it was taken care of. Within a couple hours the shaking returned and the engine light comes back on. Couldn't get in until the next day - it was running so bad I had to have it towed in. Left it there all day and had to return the following day to get it. I am planning on purchasing a new car but will not come back to this dealership for either a new car or any future service. More
