However, the service appointment couldn’t resolve the issues I am having with the Infotainment System in my 2019 Atlas. They didn’t offer any action, just apologized for the inconvenience. They recommended to escalate my issue to VW North America, when I purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I didn’t like that. Another thing I didn’t like is, I was offered a car wash and my vehicle was delivered with vacuumed mats and the rest of the interior dusty. The outside was not washed. Wheels and body with a film of dirt. I tried to go back, but they were already closed. This is my first VW. I switched from another brand that is well-known for impecable customer service. I was disappointed at this service experience. The service performed on the vehicle was just a tire rotation, so I guess that turned out fine. No way for me to make sure. More

Took a long time The job was done well, but I was led to believe it would take 2 hours per the recall letter I received from VW. It took 9 hours. Mis-diagnosed the problem I brought the vehicle in because it was making a loud humming sound when moving. The next day I took it to Tire Kingdom. They found that the left front wheel bearings were rusted. Replaced them and it is now as quiet as when new. More
