Wrong Part Ordered I bought the car and I realized the passenger speaker wasn’t working properly, I called the dealer and scheduled an appointment. When I got there, my car was checked and they order a new speaker. I got a call from Gunther saying the part had arrived. I scheduled an appointment, waited for 2 hours and then since I had no news about the car and I saw my car parked outside, I went inside the service department and they asked me to sign the paper to get my car back. When I was reading the paper it was saying that they order the wrong part and that they needed to order another part. So I waited for 2 hours for nothing, they didn’t even tell me about the wrong part. More
