When we arrived, his approach was to listen intently as we discussed our goals for our new car purchase, the trade-in situation, etc. He recommended we lease instead of buying based on our specific situation as we would get the best financial benefit from doing so. We test drove the 2019 Volvo XC60 and I was convinced it was the right upgrade from our 2015 Honda CR-V.
