I brought my new Beetle Convertible in for a roof leak. The first time I brought my 2019 Beetle into Service they could not find the leak. Steve Dessoye the Assistant Service Manager pissed me off when he told me that in the Manual it said Convertibles leak. I told him that my 2014 Convertible Beetle did not leak and I did not expect the $31,150 replacement leak. So my drivers side leak, happened again and had to bring the car back. I reminded Steve about the conversation I had with him the last time. I had also contacted VW Customer Care because of what Steve had Said that pissed me off so much. This next time the found the defect in the roof over a few days. The Icing on the cake was that I did not discover that the sum visors were perched in place, the car was returned to me with the sun visors falling off. So I had to bring it in a third time. More
