He insured since time is valuable, that the time spent with him and at Volvo was specific to accomplishing the needed tasks like taking a test drive even more than once, and having the financing and paperwork completed as quickly as possible. The vehicle came in tiptop condition and the instruction on how to use the vehicle was made simple. As a back up, he stated that he can always be called to explain anything more that we needed answered. Overall it was a pleasant experience and with a deal that I thought was more than fair to all concerned. More

Not very transparent I asked for a warranty, and was offered the most expensive one without explaining to me that I had many different options.
