I was told that a previous invoice was going to be taken car I was told by your representative that a previous invoice that i had was going to be taken care due to the fact that I hac full cover and insurance. Still not fixed I leased a 2019 Jetta. The driver door handle cap (the part that covers the keyhole) popped off. Went to get it fixed because it would not stay in. It I leased a 2019 Jetta. The driver door handle cap (the part that covers the keyhole) popped off. Went to get it fixed because it would not stay in. It continually popped off. So they ordered a new one, had painted, it arrived. Only no one ever called me to let me know it was in. I just happened to stop by. So since it was supposed to b such an easy quick fix the service agent himself said he would just pop the piece back on for me. Well...not so easy. When he failed to secure the piece on he began to put the blame on me. Questioning if the car had been in an accident (NO). Then he says well if it were a manufacturing defect it would of fell off right away not after 7k miles. The statement in itself is pure ignorance. I have never even touch that part never realized it’s existence until I had to pick it up off the ground when it just popped off. He continued forcibly trying to get it to snap on properly, no success. So he managed to get it on enough but it was not affixed. There was a very visible gap. He even went to the new car lot to visually compare how they fit. I said it looks like it’s going to just pop right back out. He says if it does just come back. he told me to be careful with it and to be careful going through a car wash!!! How do I do that?? A brand new car is supposed to b able to go through a car wash without pieces of it falling off!! To this day I am still waiting fir them to properly affix this cap. More

Bad experience I just got a brand new car with in the first 2 weeks the engine light was on. We took it to the dealer. They never once called me to let me know what I just got a brand new car with in the first 2 weeks the engine light was on. We took it to the dealer. They never once called me to let me know what was going on . I had to call 2 times to see what was going on and they did not have a solution to the problem. The car was there since 8:30am until 5:30pm. I had to call again around 5 to see if the car was ready they said yes. When i picked it up they said it was a system upgrade. Not even 5 days letter the engine light is on once again. I’ll be taking the car in tomorrow, once again. The worst part is i called the guy Larry Eacho who was working with me left voice mails and he never once responded or called back. I had to call service and request to work with someone else. We’ll see if i have to get the one having to reach out and see what’s going on. And we’ll see if they’re considera at the fact i need the car to get to school and work. More
