However the emails I receive from Gunter with coupons to use for my scheduled appointments are never honored unlike Rick Case Volkswagen. Great job. misleading advertisements Beware of their misleading advertised pricing on Certified pre owned cars when you get to the dealership to buy the Advertised as Certified VW. You will be surprised to be told Oh the advertised price doesn't include the certified warranty you need to pay extra in order to get the warranty. Then they promptly refer you to the disclaimer in the description of the vehicle. They don't specify in the disclaimer how much the warranty cost so they can tell you what ever they think your willing to pay, I was told two different prices for the certified warranty and one salesperson didnt know the price of the certified warranty. They will also tell you that the bank may require it to be certified in order to get financing which is a flat out lie.. I have contacted every other VW dealer in the area and none of them practice this type of deception advertising. One salesperson told me they do this in order to advertise the lowest price. That is unfair also to the other dealers that are advertising their vehicles with the warranty included in their advertised price. More
