When I came to the dealership for assistance, I waited one hour to see him and I instructed him that I wanted to cancel the warranty and he stated he did not have a cancel form and directed me to the Volkswagen dealer finance manager. Very unprofessional experience and disappointed that a new customer of Gunther Volvo would have this type of experience. More
