I visited for an oil change. It took over 20 minutes for someone to ask if they could help me. Once I engaged with the lady, she disappears and goes to lunch. I then had to find another lady and she took ca someone to ask if they could help me. Once I engaged with the lady, she disappears and goes to lunch. I also was clear that I needed a tech to tighten 1 screw on the door because it was loose. It is a metric tool and I do not have one to tighten it. Then I get at least 5 calls for the service person asking the same questions the lady asked. My name address and telephone. Number. And they called again to ask the same again. Then I get a call from the tech telling me about some findings like tire, and brakes. I declined, and told them again to tighten the screw. I picked up the car and I went home. Next day I opened the door and the same noise and looseness remained. No one did anything with it. I decided to go to Rick Case and they fixed in 5 minutes. And 4 of those minutes were getting the tool from the box More

I appreciate the customer service and had no issues. Great job. However the emails I receive from Gunter with coupons to use for my scheduled appointments are never honored unlike Rick Case Volkswagen. Great job. misleading advertisements Beware of their misleading advertised pricing on Certified pre owned cars when you get to the dealership to buy the Advertised as Certified VW. You will be surprised to be told Oh the advertised price doesn't include the certified warranty you need to pay extra in order to get the warranty. Then they promptly refer you to the disclaimer in the description of the vehicle. They don't specify in the disclaimer how much the warranty cost so they can tell you what ever they think your willing to pay, I was told two different prices for the certified warranty and one salesperson didnt know the price of the certified warranty. They will also tell you that the bank may require it to be certified in order to get financing which is a flat out lie.. I have contacted every other VW dealer in the area and none of them practice this type of deception advertising. One salesperson told me they do this in order to advertise the lowest price. That is unfair also to the other dealers that are advertising their vehicles with the warranty included in their advertised price. More
