needed a new key fob for my 2018 volvo I dropped off my car and went for a 3 mile run while they were programming the new phob. I came back exactly 30 minutes later and was told they had finished programming the key and they were washing the car. When I received the bill I was charged for q hour of labor. Seeing it only took 30 minutes to do the work, I felt that I should have been charged for only 30 minutes. At $177 an hour, the additional 30 minutes I was charged cost me almost an additional $90. I was also charged almost $90 for the software to program the fob. That seems ridiculous, that I should be charged for software that the repair department should have had. The new key fob cost almost $600. That is beyond outrageous. They also didn't have any cold waters in the waiting area. At the price of $600 for the fob, I should have at least been able to get a bottle of cold water. More

When leasing her car, our sales agent Tom Latesta, was instrumental in my wife's decision to lease a Volvo. She had looked at some other very nice cars but was turned off by the pressure tactics of the sale people. Although we found the atmosphere at Gunther to be warm and accommodating with no pressure from anyone, it was Tom's attitude and personality that sealed the deal. So naturally, when I was looking for a new lease, my first thought was Tom and Gunther Volvo. Once again, he didn't disappoint us. The decision making was a very quick process with little need for any haggling over price. I knew Tom had given us a fair price originally and I had no worries that he wouldn't do the same this time. The result? I am now enjoying my new 2020 Volvo XC40. Thank you Tom Latesta and thank you Gunther Volvo for the best experience I could hope for. More
