No fuss, no muss, no hassle auto leasing My wife had already leased a 2019 Volvo XC60 from Gunther back in April of 2019 when I began my search for a new car in January 2020. When leasing her My wife had already leased a 2019 Volvo XC60 from Gunther back in April of 2019 when I began my search for a new car in January 2020. When leasing her car, our sales agent Tom Latesta, was instrumental in my wife's decision to lease a Volvo. She had looked at some other very nice cars but was turned off by the pressure tactics of the sale people. Although we found the atmosphere at Gunther to be warm and accommodating with no pressure from anyone, it was Tom's attitude and personality that sealed the deal. So naturally, when I was looking for a new lease, my first thought was Tom and Gunther Volvo. Once again, he didn't disappoint us. The decision making was a very quick process with little need for any haggling over price. I knew Tom had given us a fair price originally and I had no worries that he wouldn't do the same this time. The result? I am now enjoying my new 2020 Volvo XC40. Thank you Tom Latesta and thank you Gunther Volvo for the best experience I could hope for. More

I visited for an oil change. It took over 20 minutes for someone to ask if they could help me. Once I engaged with the lady, she disappears and goes to lunch. I also was clear that I needed a tech to tighten 1 screw on the door because it was loose. It is a metric tool and I do not have one to tighten it. Then I get at least 5 calls for the service person asking the same questions the lady asked. My name address and telephone. Number. And they called again to ask the same again. Then I get a call from the tech telling me about some findings like tire, and brakes. I declined, and told them again to tighten the screw. I picked up the car and I went home. Next day I opened the door and the same noise and looseness remained. No one did anything with it. I decided to go to Rick Case and they fixed in 5 minutes. And 4 of those minutes were getting the tool from the box More
