My last lease of any Volkswagen My previous lease was purchased by the dealership. The Sales man and Manager were very patient and allowed me time to make my decision, and were both My previous lease was purchased by the dealership. The Sales man and Manager were very patient and allowed me time to make my decision, and were both very professional. I had gone in to see if I could find a vehicle with less payments or a downgrade. I left the dealership paying $20.00 less than my previous lease and a newer model, and having to pay for my maintenance out of pocket, where as I did not have to on my previous leases. When I leased my vehicle last year, it was towards the end of the day and when it came time to see the Financing person, she was not personable at all, no eye contact and spent her time on the computer, and was focused on her cel phone and/or what time it was, and did not include the original paperwork in the envelope she handed me, it was very rushed, so naturally, I did not check most of the paperwork, so it caused a delay with my insurance getting processed. It took me a few days and I finally had to contact my sales person to get this information to me. I was called and emailed constantly regarding my 1st year service in the beginning of this year, when it is not due until April, I appreciate the reminders, but not the constant messages. Good service though, you may have to wait if you go without an appointment, but they do not turn you away. More
