My experience was good until I recently received a Disposition turn-in fee for my early lease trade. I do understand the disposition fee can be waived under a turn in for the same manufacturer but I do know Gunther has a Mazda dealership as well. The service area is awful!! I don’t plan on purchasing my next car due to the Service Department. The ladies that check you in do great, but Service Advisors are no where to be found or playing on their ph next car due to the Service Department.
