I went to buy a 2022 Volvo S60.The salesman (Louis) used I went to buy a 2022 Volvo S60. The salesman (Louis) used all the dirty tricks to sell me the car. During the negotiation I asked him for a lower mo I went to buy a 2022 Volvo S60. The salesman (Louis) used all the dirty tricks to sell me the car. During the negotiation I asked him for a lower monthly payment and he agreed... and then I realized that to do that he increased the number of months of the loan without telling. He didn't know anything about the car infotainment and the vehicle's characteristics and technical specs. He tried to sell me a car that was in Daytona Beach saying that it was the color interior I wanted, and it wasn't!!! A real bad experience (again) with a car dealer. And when I told him that I wasn't buy the car from Gunther, he then offered me the deal I asked before. That's not the way you do clean business. Then he sent me a message that they can't give what I asked... ???? I was the one who told him that I wasn't buy the car from them!!!!! It was a bad experience. Run away from Louis and Gunther Volvo. Finally I bought an ever more expensive version from Weston Volvo. Nikolaus was a great, transparent and fair. He navigated smoothly through the process and we both did a fair business. Please, learn from bad experiences. We need to stop dealers abused and old dirty practices. Thank you! More
I was assured by the manager Mo and Rob at Gunther of Coconut Creek and per my lease contract that if I wanted to buy the car at lease end would have to only pay the residual plus taxes, registration and Coconut Creek and per my lease contract that if I wanted to buy the car at lease end would have to only pay the residual plus taxes, registration and plate transfer. When I went to purchase the car the salesman Larson said I would also have to pay $959.00 dealer fee, $500.00 Certfication fee, $299 Guarantee fee and a $195.00 inspection fee in addition. Needless to say I was very upset since I was promised by the manager there were no other fees if I buy it out. The salesman said “They have to make a profit since they could make more if I turned it in and they resold the car”. Ithe attorney general office also told me when I called to complain about this that they have had several complaints about their dealership in the last 2 weeks. Their dishonesty and lack of ethics in not honoring their word is appalling. If anyone buys from their many dealerships be prepared to get ripped off and lied to. More

So my husband went back to Gunther Volvo!!, and the Finance Person in charge Sergio and the sales managers find the right vehicle for my husband exactly what he was looking for, they took their tim the Finance Person in charge Sergio and the sales managers find the right vehicle for my husband exactly what he was looking for, they took their time to explain everything they even transport the vehicle from another dealer, they went above and beyond to satisfy his needs!!! Thank you for everything guys!!! Very helpful, they are outstanding when it comes to buy a vehicle , knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle and the process!!! No gimmicks very transparent transaction!!! Truly recommend!!! More
Go service your car someplace else. The factory defective sunglass holder in my car, obstructs my rear view mirror beacuse it will not stay closed so it had to be replaced. Extremely poor service.Took 10 minutes for advisor to come to car. Refused to honor wait service for 2 yr service even though I had received an email confirmation the night before confirming this was to come to car. Asked to see Service manager but was sent to a Dispatcher who told me that it did not matter that I had a wait confirmation. I was told car would not be ready till end of day 5 or 6PM. This was at 9:45AM the time of my appointment. After arguing with her she finally said she would put me into the rotation but would take 2 to 3 Hours. Since I live 35 miles away I decided to stay. After 3 hours the service writer said the car was completed and I could get my keys at the cashier. I drove out of the Dealership and after about 1 mile I glanced at the dashboard and saw one of my tires was indicating low pressure. I had Gunther rotate the tires and even though they said they checked tire pressures on the invoice it was obvious they had not. I also saw they had failed to place the next service reminder decal on the windshield. I turned around, when back to the dealership and was told my Advisor was at lunch. They More
