Great low pressure dealership. What an amazing product. Was looking at Mercedes and Volvo for a final decision and after meeting Sham I pretty much made up my mind. Still I went to the Mercedes dealership and I have to say they were very good and had a great lease program that would have worked for me. However I Prefered the Volvo car and the expertise of Sham. While at the other dealership Sham got back to me with every question I asked him to find out, including pictures of the car I liked as a reminder. Great experience all around. Also the financial guy was excellent! Enjoyed meeting Yogi as well. More

AVOID if you can The salesman I was in contact with for two days over the phone and have an appointment with left the office before we arrived. I had another person he The salesman I was in contact with for two days over the phone and have an appointment with left the office before we arrived. I had another person helping me, but I had to deal with new offers, new numbers etc. Two days of previous communication basically went to waste. At the end, they found the vehicle that I came down to see. Yet, it was bumped at the rare with some paint off. Despite I raised it up, nobody seemed paying attention to my complains. It was only in the office of the financial person, when my complains got heard (in a very strong negotiations). I had to continue negotiate with a contract in front of me, because the salesman never showed me any numbers in writing till that moment. I got the car, I still need to finish some formalities with the plate. The salesman who sold the car does not reply emails, nor he returns calls. If you can, AVOID this dealership. More
