I went in to get the a/c repaired I went in the get my a/c repaired but after picking the car up I got a low battery charge warning. I tried to speak to someone all day the following I went in the get my a/c repaired but after picking the car up I got a low battery charge warning. I tried to speak to someone all day the following day and had no return call. I drove the car back to the dealership on my way home from work. Thanks to Alicia, they took a look right away. It ended up that they replaced the battery. I find it odd that the very same day the a/c was fixed that the battery went bad. It was the end of the day on Friday when all was fixed and no one really explained what had happened. I am happy that the warranty covered everything. More

I even mentioned to the service manager that i have rental reimbursement for $50 a day. after getting a real bitter feeling and the manager throwing out big names of the owner and the General manager, I headed the advise of the service manager to take my business "down the street" to Weston Volvo. HAPPY to say for me I called and made an appointment with Weston Volvo the second question they asked me "would you like a loaner car... I couldn't believe how i was talked down to at Gunther, and I will not be bringing any try to ruin your customers and try to put a smile on every persons face :) More
