Great Service. Dominick Espada is a marvelous front line person for the agency. I had an issue that required some trouble shooting. He was very busy at 8:30 AM whe Dominick Espada is a marvelous front line person for the agency. I had an issue that required some trouble shooting. He was very busy at 8:30 AM when I arrived, but he listened well then took the issue to the shop technician for resolution. He kept me informed throughout and even integrated regular maintenance and tire rotation into the service call. As always, I left feeling that I had been treated very special. That includes my point of contact in making the service call appointment, then Dominick, upon arrival for service, and finally with the cashier, Vida, upon checking out. Thanks. More
