The problem was quickly identified and repaired along with an issue I didn't know I had -- a defective battery. Most dealerships that I have been to underestimate the amount of time it will take to service my vehicle. So, not only were they able to fit me in, they expedited my service and were done a lot sooner than I expected. I was planning on renting a car for the day as I didn't know when my car was going to be done. Everyone was so nice from the moment I pulled up, to the moment that I checked out. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and sweet! Each person I ran into that worked there was able to me help me quickly and willingly. They helped my not so great day become a very great day!
