Fair service I made a 10:30am appointment. Which I was informed an appointment means nothing. So I waited 2.5 hours to have my oil changed. I was informed I have s I made a 10:30am appointment. Which I was informed an appointment means nothing. So I waited 2.5 hours to have my oil changed. I was informed I have some additional things that need to be fixed and would be given a quote. My rep did go over this with me. It seems like a lot needs to be fixed for a car with 85k on it. I was told it is just worn out. I just moved down to the area and the VW dealership I use to go to for service was much better. They were friendly, more helpful, and more honest. More
