Long way from home I was traveling from Massachusetts when I had car issues. Yearly check up and recalls. Wasn't very happy this time. This is my 4th lease with Volkswagen. I guess it wasn't stressed on my recent lease of the Tiguan how important it was to have my coupon book available. I have never had to show a coupon on any of my checkups for my leases. Just recently my mother became ill and I have a bunch of her belongings in my SUV. Pretty sure the booklet is somewhere among all of her things. Basically told if I couldn't find it day of appointment I would have to pay full price. I paid full price but not happy since this never happened before and my last 2 leases are with Gunther. More
