Since the day after I thought they were going to resolve a factory paint issue and now see below. Update: January 14, 2019 - Have gotten nowhere with the dealership with a service issue for months. Even called my sales person who said who would always be there when I bought the car. Took my call and said he would get back to me or have someone call as he was with some customers. Had to go to another dealership and call Volvo corporate to even get someone to look at the car. Still having issues that stemmed from a factory paint issue repair that their service manager and another dealer's service person said never should have been allowed to leave the lot for selling.. Dealer has not returned a single phone call from me since the Monday after Thanksgiving. How is this even adequate customer service? General Manager, and a Gunther too, has not responded to me even once. More

Great experience, thank you Dominick. I am in Boca Raton, FL from Virginia and the navigation system on my XC-90 went bad; the GPS map had me in the ocean. Essentially, it was of no help. I am in Boca Raton, FL from Virginia and the navigation system on my XC-90 went bad; the GPS map had me in the ocean. Essentially, it was of no help. I called my VA dealer and they told me that there was nothing I could personally do to correct the software problem, that I had to get to a Volvo dealer for the software to be corrected. I immediately called Gunther, the closest Volvo dealer and was referred to Dominick Espada in the service department. I explained my issue to Dominick and he told me that he would get me in right away to make the necessary evaluation and repair. An hour later I was at the service center in Delray Beach. Two hours or so later, the software was fixed and a new motor mount was installed, all under warranty. GREAT service, friendly atmosphere and extremely personable people; this is the way all service departments should work. Thanks to Dominick I was on the road again, all within a few hours. Five Star experience for sure. More
