Wait was way too long I made and appointment for an oil change for 9 am. Didn't get out till 11 am. In addition service rep didn't tell me that something as important as I made and appointment for an oil change for 9 am. Didn't get out till 11 am. In addition service rep didn't tell me that something as important as brake fluid needed immediate attention. I didn't know this until I was filling away my receipt where they attached a quasi inspection report that noted this. How was this not brought to my attention attention especially while I was already there for 2 hours. More
