Daily the service tech was outstanding… however the rest of the experience was horrible!! Had to wait 5 hours to have a battery replaced….won’t use again after buying our car there 15 years ago and having s of the experience was horrible!! I am 87 years old and over the years I have dealt with countless car dealerships since I started driving at the age of 17.. None have been as incompetent as Gunther Volvo. The Volvo which needed repairs was there for 8 days it was first diagnosed and a price was given and agreed upon after 2-3 days another problem occurred and an additional part with a higher price was give was first diagnosed and a price was given and agreed upon after 2-3 days another problem occurred and an additional part with a higher price was given the communication,explanation,was not enough or fully explained regarding delivery or delays!! On Saturday I had the worst experience at this dealership. An employee who had taken my car into the service bay had been rude to me as I pulled in. I left the vehicle with him. What he didn’t rea dealership. An employee who had taken my car into the service bay had been rude to me as I pulled in. I left the vehicle with him. What he didn’t realize is that I was on the phone with my daughter and the phone was still connected to the car. As this employee got into the car he yelled” what a stupid F,,.. goddam xxxxx she was”. My daughter immediately called me to report what had been said. No one would speak to me about this. Finally someone who did not identify himself spoke to me. His answer… he didn’t say it directly to your face, it was behind your back!! This is the way customers ( hear this WOMEN) are treated here. I reached out to the general manager as well as the “Customer Experience” person. No one has responded. Thought the public ie. Women should know More
