The Assistant Service Manager, Dominick, listened to my concerns and did everything was in his power to make me happy Very professional and friendly. The Assistant Service Manager, Dominick, listened to my concerns and did everything was in his power to make me happy: I got a loaner, I was in and out in a flash and was treated with respect and professionalism. I am a middle aged woman and I felt extremely uncomfortable because of the way I was treated in other high end brand dealerships. At Volvo Delray the customer is always a priority! If you want quality service try them! My car is perfect again thanks to Gunther Volvo Delray! Thank you Dominick and the service team! More

Awful, never going back to this location It’s impossible to contact anyone by phone at the office to schedule an appointment or check on the status of my car. I’m stuck with waiting on them c It’s impossible to contact anyone by phone at the office to schedule an appointment or check on the status of my car. I’m stuck with waiting on them calling me, totally at their mercy. I had to jump through hoops for both times I needed to schedule a service for my car. I’ve had to take my car to service twice for the same thing. The left tire and alignment were totally off both times - the issue wasn’t fixed to begin with and I didn’t have time to have my car fixed and refused to come right back considering they don’t offer loaner vehicles. They said this was included in my warranty and I didn’t pay anything, although the problem wasn’t fixed. I eventually made it back for the same issue to be fixed and as I dropped the vehicle off they said their skeleton crew was working and if they wanted it done right I should wait until Monday. When I finally get a call on Monday, after multiple days of not having a vehicle OR loaner, he said it was going to cost $275 to fix my car for the same problem when it was included before. This lead me to believe they didn’t actually look at or drive my car to fix it the first time and did a piss poor job. Once my lease is up I look forward to dropping it off and not being a repeat customer. More
