Problems fixed but car damaged People are very attentive and repairs completed But a seat repair caused damage which is still being resolved. Forgotten Customer Was told when I dropped off it would be 2-2.5 hours. Said I would wait. I was in the same seat and after the time was up I went to check to see if my Was told when I dropped off it would be 2-2.5 hours. Said I would wait. I was in the same seat and after the time was up I went to check to see if my car was done. The cashier had to look to see if she had my paperwork. My receipt and keys were in a drawer! My car had only taken 50 min. I had been there for 2 hours by this time and no one had bothered to call my name. There was a big WAITING on my receipt. The sales manager and come in the reception area and looked right at me several times. When I told the cashier she said “What do you want me to do?” I asked for a manager. She called 3-4 times and no one came. I then found out she was calling the sales manager. I asked for the general manager and she said I would have to go to the front. I did and the receptionist called someone who said that no one could see me. I waited over 2 hours while my car was sitting out in the parking lot and no one bothered to tell me or even call me (my phone # was on the receipt that was in the drawer. And then no one had the decency to come and apologize. I work all week and I know that I will have to wait a little longer on a Saturday. So I was patient. But I sat for no reason. I have two Volkswagens and I will definitely not be bringing them back. I hope that no one else is Ever treated the way that I was. More

Unsatisfactory Experience My recent visit to Gunther Volvo Delray was very much disappointing. The car was there for the 20,000 mile service in which there was no paperwork pr My recent visit to Gunther Volvo Delray was very much disappointing. The car was there for the 20,000 mile service in which there was no paperwork provided regarding the specific service performed or current condition of the vehicle such as brakes, tires, wiper blades, etc. A day later my windshield wiper fluid low level light came on, which tells me that all fluids were topped off. Additionally, the tires were to be rotated as I had requested upon arrival. This was also not done. Needless to say, I’m very unhappy and would not recommend this service center to anyone. More
