Francia 2011 Armada I purchased a used 2011 Armada and it had a break light problem which they took 2 week to repair. Then they affair me a free car wash and return my ve I purchased a used 2011 Armada and it had a break light problem which they took 2 week to repair. Then they affair me a free car wash and return my vehicle with some of the paint missing off the hood. When I bought it to the attention of the service mgr. Mr. Blagoev he told me that they were not responsible. I informed him that I didn't bring it in that way. He then told me that he would call the next day and never did. I called him several times and he never returned my call. I finally got a hold of him by email and he told me that the car was purchased as is. I informed him that I didn't purchase it like that and I didn't bring it in that way. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I told Mr. Blagoev that I would like to talk to the general mgr. and I still have not heard back from him. I also have spoken several times to Jose Subia from the service dept. who had seen my vehicle when it came in for repair for the break light. I am very disappointed in the customer service treatment that I received. I will never purchase another vehicle from them or recommend anyone to them. More

As we live in Fort Lau Dominick was our service advisor and he took good care of us considering that the service Department was understaffed the week we were there.
