He listened to my needs and was able to secure a good deal on a lease. The vehicle I ultimately decided on was not ready for delivery, as it had just arrived to the dealership. I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to take the vehicle home that evening, but agreed to have the car delivered to my home the following day. I was disappointed when the car arrived with some damage to the rear bumper. When I called my sales associate to address this, he assured me that he would have it repaired. Although that’s great, I have to admit I’m annoyed that I needed a repair in the first place, considering it’s a brand new vehicle. I brought the car back and was provided with a loaner while they worked on it. When I picked the car up 3 days later, I didn’t feel welcomed back by the associate. The car was waiting for me in the lot but had not even been washed. The sales manager came out and had the car detailed for me and tried to expedite the process. The body work that they did on the damage to the back bumper is sloppy. The paint is not perfect like it should be on a vehicle that just came out of the factory. At this point, I’m too frustrated and busy to continue to go back and forth with the dealership. I would recommend Volvo if you’re looking for a solid, sleek, vehicle and Gunther had good deals....just make sure that you do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, even if it’s new. More
