Best deal in the area! I was shopping around for a SUV with a 3rd row, but didn’t need a large SUV that they typically were available in. I was reading about the Tiguan online and live very close to the dealership so I thought I would stop in and test drive it. I met with Alex and he was great from beginning to end. I went to Schumacher as well to see if they could get my payment lower and didn’t have as great of an experience. I decided at that time I wasn’t going to purchase a car, but a few days later Alex gave me a call and I felt that maybe it was a sign to move forward. I left later that night with a new Tiguan and I absolutely love it! More

Bait and Switched I had been corresponding with Laura Lorenz for a week before my appointment on Saturday, 5/25/19 at 11am. I got there a little early and had to wait I had been corresponding with Laura Lorenz for a week before my appointment on Saturday, 5/25/19 at 11am. I got there a little early and had to wait about 45mins. #'s had been discussed prior to appointment. Laura was finally able to show us the XC60. We decided on a color, then got passed off to Dick aka William Uhler. He definitely wasn't as friendly and couldn't understand why Laura gave us the #'s she did. Not to mention he wanted to give me garbage money for my trade. Basically they bait and switched me. One was nice and told me everything I wanted to hear and the other tried to swindle me and obligate me to buy at a MUCH higher price. Needless to say it was a cash deal and I was there with my blank check. What a waste. Won't recommend this place to anyone, they are dishonest people. More
