Poor customer relations - combative and arrogant All started well except that two salespeople, Laura and Tony, seemed to fight each other to see who would be my contact. I asked several questions about cars and Tony provided good answers. I told him I would get back if I had more questions or wanted to come in for an appointment. Next thing i knew I was being berated by Laura, the Customer Service Manager, for not keeping an appointment and for not giving them the "courtesy" of a chance to win my business. When i protested that there had never been an appointment I received several more emails from Laura telling me that I was wrong and that i had acted rudely. A course in Customer Relations 101 is badly needed here. More

He was very polite and knowledgeable, any questions I asked were not only answered immediately, but efficiently, leaving no doubts or confusion. Alex made my shopping experience a pleasure, I honestly was dreading the thought and idea of being in a dealership all day arguing over a deal that would suit not only me, but the dealership as well, but to my surprise it was quite fast and painless. Also Alex not only portrayed professionalism but he was very easy to speak to, allowing no dead air, always keeping the conversation interesting, while also matching me with my new 2017 Jetta. The pleasure of leasing a car It was magic from the moment my grandson and I walked in the reception of this dealership. We were greeted by Ken , the sales manager then introduced to William Stern, the sales Associate. Mr. Stern was extremely polite, well dressed and showed knowledge of all products that were for sale. Mr. Stern answered all of our questions in details that made us feel very comfortable , it felt like we are sitting in our living room chatting with an old friend . William, showed us all possible car models that would fit our budget and needs. tested and drove couple, then decided on the car we loved. He took us to Ken's office, the man calmly and politely asked us couple of questions then went on his computer and produced paperwork to enplane the deal being offered, there was no haggling , we liked the offer and signed it. In few minutes, Mr. Stern accompanied us to see the finance manager who was as courteous and polite as the other two gentlemen, he didn't attempt to push extra products to increase the sale price as most dealers do, he showed us a list of products and let us decide if one needed that he could add. I don't recall that I had ever been treated with such manner at any other dealership in the past 60 years that I have been buying, trading in or selling my old car. I feel bad because the maximum stars I can give this two gentlemen is only five, they should be at least 7 More
Deceptive sales tactics. Classic bait and switch. Classic bait and switch tactics by Anthony. My wife and I came in to lease an XC 60. We worked with a sales associate named Anthony. After visiting the dealership several times, I sat down with Anthony and the finance manager. As we talked through the deal, they promised to take her existing Mercedes GLK and pay off the rest of it's lease (a couple more months), and that we would have to pay nothing to do that. They promised that the monthly payment of $630 would be it. I repeated this back to them numerous times with consistent confirmation. I told them I wanted to take a little more time to think and they persisted with urgency. the finance manager pointed to their daily sales log and said "we've had a great day, and I want to make it even better, so we're willing to make this great deal for you." That evening, Anthony came to deliver the car and pick up the Mercedes. he shoved a seemingly endless amount of papers in front of my wife to sign in rapid succession. we had the car and thought all was well. A couple weeks later, we received a bill from Mercedes for $1,200. it included a "disposition charge" of almost $700, a charge for $350 for a "missing" second key, which we did give them, and they later "found", along with a few other random fees. I called Anthony, who was suddenly difficult to contact, and explained that this was not what we discussed, and that there must be some sort of mistake. I sent him the papers from Mercedes and he said he'd look into it. After chasing him down again, he said that our "deal" did not include them paying these various fees. I explained the understanding we had in the finance office that they would cover "ALL" of the costs associated with turning in the Mercedes. I reiterated to Anthony that I did repeat myself several times. He became very defensive and condescending, explaining that he had a piece of paper, which said they would not be paying these fees. he went on to say "you've leased cars before, you should know how this works." I responded, that though I have, it is not my job, or my business. they knew xxxx well what they were and were not doing, and they hid behind this one piece of paper to justify it. I explained that they obviously wrote the paperwork up in a much different fashion than was discussed, then shoved them in front of my wife to sign without having a chance to review. I continued to plead with Anthony to honor his word, and that of their finance director, and was met with nothing but excuses and belittling comments. The car is great, but if you shop here, please be careful to read everything and do not take their word for truth. I do not like writing bad reviews, but i feel it necessary to help people avoid these kinds of experiences. even after offering to split the costs with them, they didn't budge one penny. More
