She NEVER physically inspected the car. She took the word of the mechanic foreman who refused to give me his name when I introduced myself, why wouldn’t someone give his name if he is honest? Dominic has over charged in the past. I’ve had no choice because sales dept lied, surprise! and told me that a CPO warranty can go anywhere. NOT! Only dealership can touch vehicle. Over a year and still my visor that controls garage opener doesn’t work. 2 times car was brought in for anti-skid going off one time had car for 28 days still not working. Dominic told me that they wouldn’t work on it again as far as they’re concerned it’s fixed, which it is not. If up to me I wouldn’t give 1 star. In five years of literally battling for my warranty coverage, never did I have to have a “visual inspection” I felt like I was ganged up on and given the run around. They looked at multiple cars, however I quickly remembered that my second car was a Volvo C70 convertible that I LOVED, and I wanted something similarly safe for my parents. Dick was AMAZING helping us through the process once we were focused on the XC40!!! He went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised that he made not only my parents feel comfortable, but also gained our confidence and trust - not an easy task being so far away. Dick was extremely patient in helping us find the perfect fit and once found, insisted that he be the one to deliver it to my parents who are almost 2 hours away.
