Suarez, we understand the importance of receiving a low-interest rate when financing a vehicle. But there are a few things to consider as well as a number of factors that can determine what kind of rate an individual will qualify for, for example, the length of term, money down and overall credit scores. We hate to think that you perceived your situation as us lying to you when we had explained that we would try to get you the BEST rate you were qualified for. Since your previous vehicle purchase, interest rates have gone up as well as the specific vehicle you wanted is a 2019 and there were no special manufacturer incentivized rates available at the time. You made the decision to chose the longest term for the lowest payment and with that option, comes higher interest rates. We also informed you that if you were unhappy with the financing terms we were able to get you, you are more than welcomed to shop around for a better rate and ultimately re-finance the loan with a lender of your choice. Again, we never lied to you, we were as transparent as we could be with the entire process and even provided you with the opportunity to take the time to search elsewhere should you want to.

Unfortunately you did not leave your name therefore there is no way to look into this as of now. Maybe you could reply to this with your info. In regards to your tires, I can tell you this: Our technicians get paid to replace parts, so there is NO incentives for them to say a tire has depth if it didn't. Furthermore, VW has a dozen "master technicians" in the US, 9 of which work at Delray. Our service dpt employs career technicians. I'm not sure what store checked your tires, or who recommended you change them but rest assured, many tire places don't get paid UNLESS they sell you something. Many of those tire places hire transient employees who don't last long. Most of those places are a revolving door. We have exposed many tires stores for recommending tires to our customers and falsifying readings to make a quick buck. Again, I want to assure you, if the car needed tires, our tech would have said so, and made a commission. Instead, he did not. That really tells us that there was no need to replace tires at the time of the inspection. Obviously I am only speaking from experience. Gunther has been in business 50 years, not by scamming people, I promise you that. Instead of reaching out to the GM, did you first attempt your salesman, service advisor, sales manager or service manager? Generally speaking, GMs do not handle these types of issues. You must understand there are people put in place for this who would gladly take your call and work toward resolving your issue.
