I believe we received a fair deal. We leased a Passat previously and returned it 20k miles over our limit. We ended up with a 2019 Jetta with a 60k mile warranty and lots of extras over the 2015 Passat. We were satisfied it was the best option. More

Flat Tire I was offered an insurance plan to cover my tires and rims when I purchased the vehicle. Thank God I did because I woke up with a flat tire. Good but I'm happy with the service and the way I was treated by the employees at the service center and I love that they wash my car, probably the best part o I'm happy with the service and the way I was treated by the employees at the service center and I love that they wash my car, probably the best part of the service; this has been true the two times I've had to go there, but everytime I get my car back there are dirty marks all over the driver side on the inside of my car. Please keep in mind that the inside of my car is a light beige so these marks are very noticeable. I would appreciate it if I can get my car back, after getting it serviced, clean on the outside and inside. More
