I can honestly say that James Gunther was very accommodating and both he and the finance consultant made the car purchase experience easier than I ever anticipated, confirming the testimonials I mention above. There is another trait I feel worthy of mention. He treated both my wife and I as equals in this purchase decision. In the past, we have encountered sales people tend to focus on the male and disregard the woman. James was not in any way focused on one over the other.
