He agreed on a final price for the car and it was changed in finance. He said I couldn’t have another person with me in the finance department. I spent over 4 hrs and didn’t want to redo the deal. The finance guy was the worst. He did not do anything I wanted. He was in a hurry to leave for the day. He said I couldn’t put half down. He ran my credit cards without my permission. He put in the amount on the credit card without my permission. I was so mad, that he did this. He said I had to wait a few days for him to correct it. At that time, I sign everything and left. It was supposed to be a great experience buying my daughter first car. It was ruin. I was angry and frustrated and felt used! More
