Terrible Service Department Please HEED THE FOLLOWING STORY!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! HAD a 2011 Jetta TDI. Service department and management is the absolute worst in the industry. Please HEED THE FOLLOWING STORY!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! HAD a 2011 Jetta TDI. Service department and management is the absolute worst in the industry. Because of this place will never ever buy another VW ever again. I had an issue with my coolant system since 50,000 miles (WITHIN WARRANTY) and have been repeatedly bringing my vehicle in for 20,000 miles in attempts to get it fixed. Water pump replaced 3 times, coolant turns black, had the system flushed twice, turned black again, then had a hose that was "definitely causing the problem" replaced. After having concerns that the root problem had still not been taken care of because I had still had my coolant light come on and had brought the vehicle in, but was told coolant was low due to air bubbles from the previous service and from "evaporation" (Uh...ITS A SEALED SYSTEM!!!). Well the worst has happened. The motor is finally now totaled due to an overheat. This service department claims that they performed the services as warranted, however, how can there be an issue with the vehicle for 20,000 miles consistently. Several times I was so fed up I brought it in without an appointment, was met at the door by the Service manager or one of the maintenance techs, and after showing them the concerns I had with, and continued to have, even after it was "fixed", I was handed a bottle of coolant and told to just "fill it up" once in a while when it got low. Spray patterns around the hood and the excessive leak, as well as the history of issues with the car, were dismissed as normal. This place does the bare minimum to say "they performed the service" and when everything finally falls apart, they blame the customer, in this case me, as having "definitely added an additive into the coolant to make it black, no other way". The Manager of the dealership has refused to work with me on this issue, even though my vehicle and service history clearly demonstrates a consistent issue with the vehicle. Dismissing the history of issues on the vehicle, they now maintain that it was my fault, and have even tried to contact another dealership where I had the problem "fixed" to try to cover themselves. Then claim another dealership corroborates their story, however I have an email from that same dealership stating 3 different reasons for these issues, none of which include any additive. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my service records to deal with VW corporate and been promised they would be emailed to me, however I have been hung out to dry. There is no accountability, no responsibility, and absolutely 0 customer service at this dealership. From other comments, I can see I'm not the only one that has had this experience. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!! More
Terrible expierence overall When I first came to the dealership to get my car it was a good experience. But from the time that I stepped off of that parking lot with my new VW Jetta it has been more than terrible. It took 5 months to get a permanent license tag on my vehicle. At first I got pulled over because my tag was not registered to any vehicle, then I got TWO temporary tags that expired for two weeks each and no one contacted me. I had to contact every person that worked there and they acted as if I was an inconvenience for them. I then had to pick up my permanent tag and license plate they had me go to the BMW dealership to pick it up. When I was on my way I called to let them know I was headed there and the two people that said they were going to help me were "off for the day" so they had to figure it out and get my stuff together which I had to wait for. Also I let them know how displeased and what a terrible experience it was, something that I have never had to deal with and no one had contacted me to apologize. Now because I lease my car from them I can not go to any other dealership. If there were any way for me to never step foot in that dealership again, I wouldn't. Unfortunately that is not possible for my situation. I will also be writing a letter to the head manager and director of the company. More

They didn't resolve any of my issues and waited for my car to go just out of warranty so they can tell me that they can't do anything even though the issue was brought up well before my warranty was out. Never buy a vw again! Too bad, because I loved that car. More

Fastest easiest haggle free car buying experience ever! My husband and I went in on Sunday to look at a beetle we saw online. I had a high mile Mural and still owed 6,000. They gave me 6,500 for my trade and lowered my car payments by $200 less per month. Diane was a pleasure to work with-no pressure and a down to Earth person. Chris had us done with papers in 30 minutes. This was the fastest easiest purchase of a vehicle ever!!! Maybe 1 hour max. More

The Volvo is a coupe with a tiny amount of space in the hatch. After exploring a number of different options, including a trip to Jacksonville, I saw a 2013 VW Tiguan. As I already had a written offer on my car from the J'ville dealer and found the Fields price acceptable, I thought things would go smoothly. No luck. While the client advisor was fine, negotiations quickly hit a snag. Rather than the $11,000 written estimate, Fields offered $9,500. I was ready to leave. The finance manager seemed to deny the honesty of my written estimate. When presented to him, he glanced at it and dismissively asked whether the written estimate was just printed from the Internet. I held my ground and after hours we agreed on a $10,800 trade-in. As I was to pay with a cashier's check and it was already after bank closing hours I assured them I would be back the next day with the check and to sign the paperwork. They said they required a $1,000 deposit. We agreed on a credit card charge to be refunded the next day. The credit card charge was made on 19 Feb. Returning the next day with the check and ready to sign the paperwork I was told that there would only be one key for the car and no front floor mats. While I knew of the latter, the former was a surprise. I then spent ten minutes at the part counter waiting to find the cost of the missing items. No one ever showed up. It is now Monday evening and after checking my credit card account I find that the $1000 charge has NOT been credited. I also checked their web site and see that my "$9,500" car is being sold for over $13,000 (actually $13,761). UPDATE. Today, 24 Feb 2015, I contacted Finance Manager: Fellows, about the $1000 charge. He says he needed my whole credit card number and would process the credit immediately. Evidently they never attempted a credit to my account. I am wary that they will. I have initiated the dispute process with my credit card company. Do not trust this company. If you go there consider bringing a lawyer. Never again. More

After speaking to her on the phone she agreed to show us a vehicle five minutes before they closed. When we arrived at the dealership, she already had it out front and ready for us to drive. She was very knowledgeable and hospitable. Then once we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle she was amazing at helping us get a great price quickly. She even detailed the car herself! Each person we came into contact with at this dealership was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and Diane to anyone looking to buy a car in Florida. More
