Nice people, customer service could be better Abner was very nice and sales transaction was fine. I called abner during the week and spoke to him on Friday to coordinate picking up car on Saturda Abner was very nice and sales transaction was fine. I called abner during the week and spoke to him on Friday to coordinate picking up car on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday , I was told abner took day off. Why didn’t he tell me this when I spoke to him day before? Didn’t know who was handling my vehicle sale until sales Mgr came out and told me he was aware. Then I was told to wait until paperwork was ready. Once this was done I was escorted to business office . I walked in and business office mgr asked me why I was in his office and I told him sales person directed me there . He told me to go back to sales person . Once I found the sales person he shook my hand and said haveca nice day. He did not ask if we know how to use features of car, set up blue tooth, usexradio, etc. very odd . I must reiterate everyone was nice, no one was nasty , just feel the customer experience I had could be improved More
