Im buying all my future cars from Frank! I was trying to buy a car I saw on Auto Trader and I kept seeing the model I was wanting disappear. I found one in PA that they were giving me troubl I was trying to buy a car I saw on Auto Trader and I kept seeing the model I was wanting disappear. I found one in PA that they were giving me trouble with and the only one remaining was in Fort Lauderdale. I call and get Frank right away and tell him my situation and he helped me buy the car within 5 hours. I was at the bank and he had the buyers agreement before I even asked so that I could give everything I needed to the bank. He knew it had just gone on sale and it may not last long. He got me everything I needed and then removed it off the lot to get it detailed for me. I arrived a week later to pick it up and Frank was amazing. He helped me easily get on my way and even showed me things in the car that are little things I wouldn't have thought of that could have cost me down the road if I didn't pay attention to them. I felt like I knew him for years the first time I talked to him on the phone. He was even willing to FaceTime with me since I didn't live there to show me the car to make sure it had everything I was looking for. I would buy all my cars from Florida and drive them back to Michigan just so I could buy them from Frank and if he can figure out how to lease cars in Michigan from Florida, when we start doing that, I would go to him for that too!
