They'll sell you a car but forget you exist 5 minutes later The experience would have been much better had my sales guy not laughed at me when I asked for help after I noticed a nail in my tire when I got home. I wasn't asking for a handout just simply for him to check the warranty on the car to see if there was road hazard warranty on the tires and he refused to check and laughed at me and said it's my problem to deal with now as I already bought the car (a '17 GTI with 12k miles) now I knew I was going to have to pay something but maybe a hey I'll check and see if we can get you a discount on a tire (as it was deflated completely and I need to replace it) or something at all to help me after I spent all the money I had on a car. More
