Outstanding experience! I've been researching and searching for a specific model of a Mazda 3, within a specific year range for weeks. This particular one is not easy to come I've been researching and searching for a specific model of a Mazda 3, within a specific year range for weeks. This particular one is not easy to come by. I've emailed, texted and talked on the phone with multiple dealerships across this state looking for this car at a decent price. All the other dealerships just tried to persuade me to settle for something they already had on thier lot. I found exactly what I was looking for at Gunther Pre-Owned on a Friday night and sent interest. I had a response by the time I woke up on Saturday morning and departed Naples in a rental in hopes of making a deal. There were 2 other cars I was interested in on the east coast, but there was no need. The service was great, made you feel comfortable, and did more listening that talking. After the test drive I REALLY wanted this car, but still had a budget. Julian went to work and I got a fine deal! I couldn't be happier. The detailing was perfect. It's just like a new car! Gunther made it easy. And most of all, I have utmost respect for the honesty of the leadership of this dealership. Besides getting exactly what I wanted, it was a pleasure to do business with them. I had rented a car one-way hoping I'd strike a deal that day. Julian even offered to follow me to the airport to bring me back to my new car after I dropped off the rental. Better yet, there was a dropoff location onsite. Fantastic! Even shared some primo pizza with me while the car was being detailed.
