appointments with Svc Dept have no meaning here I had an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and arrived at 1:50. Wasn't checked in until 2:07 p.m. Was told many cars pulled in about 30 minutes ahead of me. I had an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and arrived at 1:50. Wasn't checked in until 2:07 p.m. Was told many cars pulled in about 30 minutes ahead of me. I asked if they had appointments and was told, no they were just drive ups. Asst Svc Mgr failed to honor my appt time and finish ALL drive ups before starting to service my car. He just doesn't get it. An appointment should go ahead of the drive-ups! What a ridiculous system! 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!! This was my first time trying Gunther VW Service Dept and I left feeling as if I do NOT matter whatsoever to these guys. I sure hope that someone with some intelligence will teach Alissandro??? what an appointment means and how to use it. Overall, a horrible experience!!! More
