For service not so sure due to experiences from the past and with my most recent purchase that I found my lugnuts loose after a correction under warranty but it me be a trend for many dealerships that the service dept may not be at the same level as sales...Just Sayin. The very first time I met him, he said, "we are a no pressure dealership, just let me know how I may help you when you Nick was the best to work with! But Nick proved to be patient, understanding , knowledgeable, and sincerely wanted to help. It took me about 3 weeks of research and comparing prices, I can honestly say I was treated fairly and would definitely refer my friends and family! Best Mazda dealer in South Florida I have been dealing with Gunther Mazda for over 15 years and they never failed me. Great customer service with elegant style. You feel at home the mom I have been dealing with Gunther Mazda for over 15 years and they never failed me. Great customer service with elegant style. You feel at home the moment you step into the show room. Andi Rama is great in every aspect; he was patient, accommodating to all our needs, went way and beyond to finalize the sale without feeling the annoying usual dealer pressure. Ossie Ferrufino is the best manager I have ever dealt with. He will never let you leave the dealership unsatisfied and he will do whatever it takes to finalize the deal. The finance people are very nice and not pushy. As a footnote I would like to give a special mention to Mike Yonak the service manager, he is simply the best. Overall, I highly recommend Gunther Mazda if you are looking for a Mazda in South Florida. More

Jodi Rocked It! Our Mazda dealership contact, Jodi Weisfeld, was absolutely wonderful! She was totally not your typical pushy car salesman, but quite the contrary. Our Mazda dealership contact, Jodi Weisfeld, was absolutely wonderful! She was totally not your typical pushy car salesman, but quite the contrary. She was extremely personable, easy to talk with, and she answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle we were interested in as well as our trade in process. All this while also being so very sweet to our kids who were a bit rambunctious the entire time we were at the dealership purchasing our new vehicle. We all love our new Mazda 5 minivan!
