After posting my first ever negative review about my perception of my experience, I received a call from Tony Burba the sales manager at Gunter Mazda. We both discussed each others’ perception of why I did not drive home in a CX-9 Grand Touring with all of necessary options. Tony was helping another customer when he got pulled away to see me. I misinterpreted his eagerness to help his customer (which I didn’t know about) as indifference. They could have asked if I could wait until he was free, as he was juggling many things at one time. In the mean time, the car I wanted was sold. Tony Burba has worked tirelessly to find me and my wife another vehicle. Andi was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and the test drive went great! When it came down to numbers, Andi really worked with us and came up with a lease offer we couldn't walk away from. He was incredibly patient when I had to choose the paint color and interior. Andi walked up and down the rows of cars with me because he wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would.
