Mihai is a very skilled sales person and his charm captured us from the beginning. He was able to meet and exceed our expectations as he paid great attention to the details and our needs. Thanks to him, we drove back home the upgraded version of CX 9 Grand Touring and we couldn't be any happier. The management represented by Tony and Mike was also of a great help. They were able to explain the financials and help us to get a great deal for our family. Ossie was the last "resort" in the deal. He used all the resources and put all the efforts to ensure we are satisfied and that the paperwork is filled out properly. Some other presence of a great importance was Larry.
