Andi was the best salesman we came across on our travels Andi Rama was the only salesman from all of the dealerships we visited (too many too mention) that did not harass us after we left and yet he had been Andi Rama was the only salesman from all of the dealerships we visited (too many too mention) that did not harass us after we left and yet he had been the most pleasant and straightforward ......and so we went back to him! Not for just one car either - we ended up leasing 2 at the same time! We had just begun car shopping on the first day at Mazda and had to narrow down our options first. Andi took us through all of the options available, was straightforward and clear about car features and was able to walk us through both buying and leasing options which we were still undecided about. He knew his product and was clear with us. He wished us well on our hunt. No harassing high pressure daily emails or phone calls (like some other dealers which is a complete turn off for me). In the end we narrowed it down to two different makes and he was understanding that we needed to check on both of them and didn't try and bad talk the other one to get our business. Nothing wrong with pointing out potential flaws in the other product but I appreciated the honesty about the other car also being a decent option for me. He also knew the other cars out there so was educated about what we were looking at and what they did and did not have in order to compare. All of these things are small but build trust. When we finally decided we liked the cx5 best Andi also helped with insurance connections and making sure that we get our payments to a place we were comfortable before going ahead. He was thorough, organized, pleasant, personable and professional. We encountered other staff members while we were there and they were all pleasant to work with as well. We had had enough bad visits to other dealerships to know that this was definitely the one we wanted to work with. All around a good place to go. More
